Grand Country Checkers

I am back at designing quilts and loving it. Andrew is always encouraging. He often says "Mommy it is beautiful." 

This is my new quilt named Grand Country Checkers in honor of my friends at Grand Country Quilters in San Marcos. I'm teaching a class this Saturday, Jan. 28th, 2012 from 10 AM - 2 PM. If you can't make it the pattern will be for sale.  See you there!

Hello-

This is my first post on my blog and I am excited about sharing my thoughts, aspirations, and experiences. In some ways it is something like a journal. After all I figure this will be an excellent way of documenting Andrew's hilarious and imaginative adventures.
